About Us

Richard L. Robertson & Associates, P.A. is a business and litigation law firm founded in 1996.  Within our practice areas, the firm provides general litigation services and business advice to clients.  Our practice includes representation in both state and federal court, including bankruptcy court, in Mecklenburg County and the Western District of North Carolina and appellate courts.  It includes representation of clients before governmental agencies, in mediation and arbitration.

Our practice includes representation of a number of small to medium size corporations in Charlotte and nearby areas.  We have developed practices to adhere to our firm Mission Statement and mission to deliver value to our clients, and we implement this mission in many practical ways in our day-to-day practice.  

Our firm’s current staffing includes a partner, three associate attorneys, a senior level paralegal, a paralegal and a legal assistant.
