FBI Agent Colleen Moss Meets with Clients and Friends of the Firm

On March 12, friends and clients of the firm were invited to a Lunch-and-Learn to hear Supervisory Special Agent Colleen Moss of the Federal Bureau of Investigation present a program on cyber security. SSA Moss directs the FBI’s cyber-intrusion squad tasked with investigating cyber intrusions in North Carolina. During her 18-year career with the FBI, SSA Moss has been involved in a number of high-profile investigations, including investigations relating to the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the Oklahoma City bombing. During her presentation, SSA Moss provided detailed advice to our clients to help them better protect the integrity of their data from cyber intrusions.

Representatives from BB&T Bank’s fraud detection department also presented some of the cutting-edge technology that BB&T uses to protect its customers from cyber-theft.
